Its practice encompasses public procurement and government/public contracts, the drafting of defenses in disciplinary and sanctioning administrative proceedings, matters related to administrative misconduct, and issues involving civil service examinations, as well as issues involving public service concessions and permissions. The firm also advises and represents clients in judicial proceedings before all levels of the Brazilian Judiciary, including the Superior Courts.
